Untraceable - Movie was decent until they reveal who the killer is halfway through and then the last about 20 minutes are just complete garbage. Plus the last shot before the credits roll made me laugh my ass off. I wouldn’t recommend watching this unless you just want to waste 1 1/2 hours with a rental. Death scenes were ok, but the gore factor was minimum.
Vantage Point - Ummmmmmm I gotta say I actually enjoyed it except for that fucking clock couting down the 6 different points of view every time. Wasn’t there suppossed to be 8 points of view though? It was a different movie and not a typical hollywood blockbuster. One thing I hated is they kinda just fucking threw away some of the characters towards the end of the movie after building up to this suppossed climax. Oh yeah, the criminals did something so retarded at the end that really just ruined the movie for me.

1st let me say i’m not 1 to care much for format wars and all that crap. I love HD-DVD and will get a PS3 for BR etc.
That said, now that HD-DVD lost the movies are selling for cheap (well at least to the distributors) so who else here has been stocking up?
Last week bought 13movies and a tv series box set and this week between housemate and I we got another 42 movies and he grabbed a HD-DVD addon for his 360 for cheap.
all up cost us about $300
housemate works for the main distributor for the east coast, so we get them at cost price. Tomorrow Paramounts cost cuts come through so we’ll be ordered even more

The first two, and the third to a certain extent, are like my three favorite movies ever.
Is it worth seeing Band Camp or Beta House?
NO.
The newest three, especially Beta House, are terrible. Horrible humor, terrible plots, …just all-around bad movies.
I have had no interest in even watching them.
Someone is just trying to make money on the name American Pie, that never turns out well when people do that.

Anyone excited? I think it looks like a lot of fun, a mishmash of Road Warrior & 28 Weeks Later.
After disease breaks out, Scotland is contained with a Berlin style wall. Then decades later, the disease escapes the quarantine.
A team has to find the lab in Scotland and get the antidote.
So that’s what its about,
I had no clue based on the trailer other than the world, or city, was messed up.
meh, worth a download but I wouldn’t say it is something that I will pay to see…
